Ale on Tap is a registered VAT
organisation which reserves the right to amend these terms and
conditions from time to time. This may well include adding or removing
beers.
- 3.
I will make every effort to insure that
your chosen beer is delivered to you on the day requested and in prime
condition. It is not possible to replace beer once it has been
delivered. Should the container be damaged in transit you must notify
me in writing (email) with 24 hours and every effort will be made to
resolve the situation. Please sign the consignment note "goods
damaged".
- 4.
Please note that if your shipment
becomes lost as a result of you entering an incorrect or incomplete
address when placing your order, we will not be held responsible for
the loss.
- 5.
Should you instruct us to leave the
goods on your premises without a signature Ale on Tap cannot be held
responsible for any damage or loss whatsoever.
- 6.
From time to time some beers may not be
available. I will not send an alternative beer to you without first
gaining your permission.
- 7.
Orders can be cancelled at any time up
to 48 hours prior to delivery. Cancellations after that time cannot be
accepted. Cancellations must be by email or in writing. A full refund
will be given provided these conditions are met.
- 8.
These terms and conditions become
contractual when your delivery is confirmed by Ale on Tap with an
email.
- 9.
I will honour prices that are published
on this website at the time your order is placed. All prices include
VAT at 15% and delivery Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries incur a surcharge.
- 10.
Should your beer become lost in transit
I will send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you
require.
- 11.
In the unlikely event of beer being
returned to Ale on Tap, this is to be done at your expense. Ale on Tap
will only pay for returned goods if they have been signed for as
"damaged".
